What you consent to by recording

When you record a clip in a Telescope session, you consent to your video and voice being transformed by AI (background replacement, color grading, cutaway insertion, captioning), included in the session's shared timeline and stitched film, and viewable by anyone the session's links are shared with. Don't record anyone who hasn't agreed to appear.

Zero tolerance

Telescope's scenarios are fiction — horror, true crime, and comedy performances are the point, and acting them out is welcome. The following are not, in any frame, fictional or otherwise: sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation; credible threats against real people; content that harasses, dox(x)es, or targets a real individual. Clips that cross these lines are removed, and the accounts behind them are banned.

Screening, reporting & removal

Every clip's transcript passes an automated content screen; flagged clips can be held for review before appearing anywhere. Every shared clip page carries a Report action — reports go straight to the session's host and the operators, and hosts can hide any clip from the timeline, share pages, and final film immediately.
